I requested a refund on the 17th for AC Valhalla season pass I purchased with Microsoft balance, the refund says it is complete but no funds have been added back to my Microsoft balance. This is usually instant in the case of Microsoft Balance refunds, so what is going on???

I understand you need help refunding your game pass subscription. If you're not able to see an option that say “cancel immediately and request a refund” when you click on the cancel option via the subscriptions page, this means unfortunately you don't qualify for a refund.
